All funds received after that time will be deemed a donation to the IWSF. Any funds received which for any reason become insufficient, (including but not limited to returned checks, declined payment card transactions, payment card charge-backs, foreign currency) shall invalidate the ticket. Only tickets for which the full purchase price has been received prior to the drawing are eligible to win the lottery drawing.

The Drawing

11. The drawing will be conducted on July 26, 2024, at a place mutually agreed upon by IWSF and the IDFG.

If the winning ticket is invalid, or if the person who wins the lottery cannot be contacted by telephone or registered mail within two weeks, the next alternate will be declared the winner. Winning tickets shall be delivered to an IDFG representative. If contact cannot be made with the second party

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, any ticket purchaser’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the IWSF shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Idaho without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Idaho or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Idaho. The prevailing party in any dispute regarding the lottery under the terms of these official rules shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
