IDAHO WILD SHEEP FOUNDATION OFFICIAL RAFFLE RULES

1. Raffles are conducted pursuant to Idaho Code section 67-7710. The Idaho Wild Sheep
Foundation, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “IWSF”) is licensed by the Idaho Lottery
Enforcement Division under Raffle License number 23-R-5285R.

How to Enter

2. You may enter IWSF raffles by purchasing raffle tickets and completely filling out the
IWSF Raffle Entry Form for each particular raffle conducted by the IWSF. The tickets are
priced as indicated on the IWSF website’s raffle notice and the IWSF raffle entry form for
each particular raffle. There are no valid coupon codes or other discounts available for
the purchase of raffle tickets.
3. Ticket purchasers must be at least 18 years old. Parents may purchase tickets on behalf
of their children and list their minor child’s name as the ticket holder.
4. Hunts may not be re-sold.
5. The purchase price of the tickets are non-refundable. All sales are final.
6. By entering, you indicate your full agreement to these Official Rules and IWSF’s decisions
regarding the raffle, which are final and binding.
7. To win any raffle where the prize is a hunt, one must be eligible to lawfully participate in
the hunt and be eligible to purchase the applicable hunting license.
8. All tickets and corresponding funds during the entry period, pursuant to all regulations
and terms of these rules, will be eligible for the raffle drawing. Any funds received which
for any reason become insufficient, (including but not limited to returned checks,
declined payment card transactions, payment card charge-backs, foreign currency) shall
invalidate the ticket. Only tickets for which the full purchase price has been received
prior to the drawing are eligible to win the raffle drawing.
9. State gaming laws prohibit residents of Hawaii, Kansas, New Jersey, Utah, and
Washington from purchasing raffle tickets online. Montana residents are required to pay
with a debit card, cash or check. Credit cards may not be used by Montana residents. (A
a printable entry form is available for those in states prohibiting online raffle ticket
purchases.).
10. Due to United States Postal Service regulations and federal laws – no raffle tickets,
payments, or entry forms may be sent via United States mail.

11. The raffle offer is void where prohibited by law.
12. IWSF is not responsible for orders received after the ticket limit has been reached on
raffles that have ticket limits. Orders received after a ticket limit has been reached will
be ineligible and will not be processed.

The Drawing

13. The drawing will be conducted on the date indicated on the IWSF website raffle notice
and the raffle entry form, at a place in Idaho designated by IWSF.
14. Raffle tickets will be drawn randomly. The placement of the raffle tickets into the drum
will only be done just prior to the drawing, with witnesses present.
15. The person who pulls the winning raffle ticket will not be eligible to win the raffle
drawing.

The Prize

16. The prizes are detailed on the IWSF website advertising the specific raffle event.
17. Hunts won by raffle winners are not transferable, with the exception that hunts won by
raffle winners are transferrable to relatives of the first degree of kinship only.
18. All Rules Governing the Taking of Big Game Animals shall apply to the eligible winner.
19. Impropriety will be reported to the Attorney General of the State of Idaho.

Disputes

20. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the
raffle shall be resolved by the appropriate court located in Ada County, Idaho. All issues
and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of
these Official Rules, any ticket purchaser’s rights and obligations, or the rights and
obligations of the IWSF shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of Idaho without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of
Idaho or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any
jurisdiction other than Idaho. The prevailing party in any dispute regarding the raffle
under the terms of these official rules shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and
costs.
